Bamboo quest bugged

    My quest for Collections and Resource is bugged. The NPC when opened is blank and I cannot turn in the scratch backs to continue on to next Quest. pls fix

    Click on Bamboo Clinic and then click on either Collectible or Resource to turn in your Scratchbacks.

    I think what Strega meant is that npc keep bugging her with the blank dialogue bug. Forcing one to reclient as they are stuck in the blank dialogue.
    Standing still to talk didnt help for her. And it happens everytime she speaks to the npc. 10x+ as i witness it
