Add Special Stats on Weapon There are different way to add stat to the weapons. This guide presents all the step and system in game that will allow you to customize you weapon. Add Special Stats on Weapon: Weapon Trade You are able to trade a weapon to add some special stat on it. Before used it you have to know: You can do it only on Hermit, [New], Blood Dragon, Immortal and Orange weapon You can do it on refined/slotted or non slotted weapon. The trade will never failed and all the time give you something. You have a limited number of try : 30. It will give you random stat so it's only luck. Open you Living window (L key), then select "Action" Use the "Weapon Trade" key and this window will appear: Select the weapon you want to add stat with the right mouse key: Then select confirm: You have some new stat on the weapon !!! It seems that number of stat will be random, you can try have more of them by using more trade but it's only luck. I got from 1 to 6 different stats. The tag [Lowest], [low], [Medium], [High] or [Highest] mean the level of the boost. [0 grade] is for later and not in game for now, we should be able to use some special item on it later. (There should have 10 grade) List of stats The following stats are those you should be able to get with trade weapon, the boost number will depend of the tag level (and the grade later). You can get max 3 different stats. The max on Orange weapon is +10. You can get max 4 different stats. The max on [Hermit] Weapon (Include Kylin and Immortal Weapons) is +12. You can get max 6 different stats.
Option Preservation Rune This is an item mall item which. Here an example with each step: First the weapon I have: I use the Option Preservation Rune: The following windows appear: I select the previous weapon using right click on mouse: Then i select the stat I want to save: The confirm message appear: And i have the 2 following item in bag: Note that the stat is saved on the rune, there is still the same stat on the weapon but the weapon is now not tradable. I decide then to change the stat on my weapon using a Option Switch Rune and the weapon is now like that: I am not happy of the change so I select my Preservation Rune: The following window appear: I choose restore and the following windows appear: I press confirm and the Rune disappear and my weapon is back with the saved stat at the right place.
Option Add Rune You can add special stat on a weapon you have updated with the trad weapon system. The following item "Option Add Rune" can be drop in North Sea Icy Palace Dungeon: To use it click on it and then a special tool window will appear. Select the weapon you want to change the stat. Here i move the following weapon: In that case you will need 3 Rune in order to be able to add the 4th stat. As there isn't 3 rune in the bag you get the following message error: If you have enough item in bag the following message appear: and you will get 1 more stat added on you weapon. This stat is random. The price of add stat is different at each step: 1->2 cost 10 000 000 Gold and 1 Rune 2->3 cost 20 000 000 Gold and 2 Runes 3->4 cost 40 000 000 Gold and 3 Runes 4->5 cost 80 000 000 Gold and 4 Runes 5->6 cost 120 000 000 Gold and 5 Runes
Change Weapon Stats From Trad Option You can change the special stat you got from weapon trad option with a special item. The following item "Option Switch Rune" can be drop in North Sea Icy Palace Dungeon: To use it click on it and then a special tool window will appear: Select the weapon you want to change the stat. Here I move the following weapon: The tool window will be updated: You will find the details about the weapon and the list of each stat. Select a stat you want to change (Here I select essence increase by 7): Then press "Option Switch" button. The following message will appear: And then the bonus will be changed for another random one as you can see on this screen:
Weapon Stats Upgrade (Stone Item) This system upgrade is based on the Loyalty system. So first you need to gather weapon drop and give it to the Blacksmith you want to gather Loyalty. Note that weapon kind and Blacksmith are all different so remember which blacksmith you use. Some word about loyalty All the info about Loyalty can be found in Living window (L). You can select here the Village and the NPC, in this case the blacksmith of Shimei Village in Hangzhou: You can see in this window which items are required to increase you Loyalty at the Blacksmith, and also you Loyalty level: If you increase you loyalty you will unlock the Enhance Weapon Option with a certain success rate. As long as you give item to the Blacksmith you will increase you success rate. To give item using Loyalty system just talk to a blacksmith you press the Loyalty key: Here I have 62 loyalty. You will increase you success rate of Enhance weapon every 20 Loyalty points which correspond to 10 weapons. Use the Enhance Weapon Option: Once you have more than 20 Loyalty point you can start to Enhance Weapon. For this you will need 2 items: a weapon with stat and a Stone item. The stone item can be drop everywhere in the Land on any mobs. Here an example of weapon: I open the Enhance Weapon Option Window at blacksmith and I select my weapon: Then I select the stat I want to upgrade, of course I have the corresponding stone in my bag: I then click "Enhance" key and I have to confirm: Take note that if you fail you won't lose the weapon but the weapon stat may decrease of Step. For example if I try Step3 and I fail the stat become Step1. Here the result of the process: The stat become blue and the effect has increased.
So just to clarify the dumbness for myself, can you add the stones to a weapon that doesn't already have the stat existing on it, and is there a chance to break the weapon like refining from it?
No you need the stat on weapon in order to upgrade it. No you won't lose the weapon however the stat level will be reduced.
