Hello, I have two question: What, exactly, does Block rate do? How much critical rating does each point of dex gives?
1.No one has the official answer for this question bro . Some said that Block rate is the rate that you avoid nagative statements like stun , paralyse , bleeding , poisoning , ... . Some others said that it is the rate that you block enemy's hit and turn it to 0 damage , kinda like Dodge the hit . I feel that the second opinion more convincing . 2.Dex is not provide Physical Critical rate and Wisdom is not provide Chi Kung critical rate anymore after the REVAMP bro . Now you can gain critical rate by set , pills , relics , weapons , ornaments , epithets ...
1A. Block Rate is a stat that provides a certain percentage to "Block" physical (not including Chi) attacks from another player. So for example, if the block rate is 3950 = 39.5% block rate.
