If you don't mind me asking, veteran Rattus, but what exactly do the gems do in Rumble Fighter? Being new and all I want to learn more from the players.
It doesn't do anything really, it's just for looks and makes levels in rf feel like it has a bit more meaning in my opinion, cause the higher the level, the better looking gem you get next to your name.

@[GM]Shadow The gems are purely a sign of who has the highest level. Like a ranking system. It makes the players feel rewarded by actually leveling up, making them feel like they're one of the top players with the most Experience points gained. This feature should be brought back. It gives players motivation to level up. It makes them feel rewarded for their hard work. As of now, the only rewards you get for leveling up is at Lv 15 getting nanmu. I mean, you can count Lv 25 as well because of Rebirth, but you have to pay for that... And no, the rewards for hitting levels 30 and 50 in the merit quest tab do not count as actual rewards. Seeing now as Rumble Fighter has literally no ranking system at all (besides Ladder Points in the Guild War channel), this would be an awesome feature to reintroduce and it would be fairly easy since the code is already there as this feature existed from 2007-2009
