"Cannot receive file index from the server"

Every time I try to play RF, I get this message after launching the launcher.. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times, still nothing. I tried to download through steam as well and nothing. I've disabled firewall multiple times and STILL nothing.. Anything helps thanks!
