Hi all! I can't refine weapon. First I put weapon to refine and when i put refinement material - it cannot put and say.."Not proper material for refine." When I refine clothes the same way, its okay. I can refine clothes. Someone help me please. I don't know what to do. Thanks.

I got the same issue, none of the current solution in previous threads can solve it. (disable firewall, reinstalling, install into documents folder, compatible mode, use ccleaner to fix registry, etc...) I have managed to make it work by creating a new local user account in my PC. I think that maybe there are unknown services that are running on my old account, or the registry tree was somehow broken and ccleaner cannot fix it.
If installing it didn't fix it, then install it the regular way and just move it to another location. Since this issue has existed, I've always just moved it to another location and then copy and paste an new desktop icon and worked every time. I no longer play so I can't test it now. Bit should fix it np, but I would reboot after doing what I said.
