I was on playing all day long, I logout just for a total of 3 minutes and went to re log back in and this happens. I have tried every support suggestion you have. I deleted and reinstalled game multiple times and I even tried just deleting gameguard just in case that was the problem. All of my drivers are up to date as well. I can get to my characters and then click start to load in, it gets to 100% and poof gone and at desktop. I need help please.
We believe that is usually caused by Windows Defender or anti-virus software blocking some files from the TwelveSky2 Folder with a false positive read. You may have to re-install the game to receive all the files. If there is an error prompted please send us a support ticket so our support team can communicate directly
