DISREGARD - FW Settings Fixed - Can't connect to upgrade server

Is anyone else having this problem? My wife and I are in the game and having no problems. Our kids can't get past the startup screen at all due to the inability to connect to the upgrade server.

 

Just tried to warp to LD from Hefei and got disconnected. Now I'm at the main screen, but there is a message stating that the game can't receive the server list..... Hopefully y'all get this fixed soon!!

 

GMs, please close. Forgot I had tweaked my Firewall settings for testing and checked them again and I've resolved the problem.
