You cannot skip that part. It's solid and important of in those rules where you cannot skip such as that. It's against English rule.

So if Gourdy want like that. he should've say " Sacred Scrolls and ExoCores not sold, in a permanent duration, in the store cannot be used."

Why not? Its one of the few things to actually do in RF these days so it should be fun even if I get beat up (again). Besides, my ign isn't a secret or anything.
