That event has ended yesterday night. For prize distribution : if it's not sent today by 7pm, you can expect to wait tomorrow, with the 16th being the latest.

I just checked now at around 12pm Pacific and prizes were given out for the 5 tasks.

i have this problem as well when asked the help desk what reply did you get

 

Do not open your timed Shadow Ninjitsu for combination formula. Send a help desk ticket and see what they can do for you first.

Wait, I think I know what's going on. There are 2 different timed scrolls.

One is given as a prize from events. The other is from the shadow box.

I think they want you to use only the timed scroll from the box for the formula.

 

Yes, the Shadow Ninjitsu combination formula states that you have to use 5 day timed scrolls.

However, the event has given players a 7 day timed scroll(s) and players are confused whether they can be used as combination formula.

Based on what [GM]Toast has said, it is highly encouraged that you DO NOT open the 7 day timed scroll(s) and send a ticket in to the help desk and see if they can provide further assistance.

On Nov. 15 at 9 am, I received a single hell key instead of a "Chest Key Bundle" set.

 

The list seems to be wrong.
