Gift bug?

I've send 2 tears as a gift to my friend and he didn't receive none???

 

he has to go to item mall and click the gift box button there first then they go to purchase inventory.
then click the purchase inventory button next to the little IM button in bottom right corner then click the gift tab then they will be there

 

he went to item mall and it's nothing there

 

if he clicked that then checked the gift tab in his purchase inventory and its not there then something went wrong.
But if you didn't type the name exactly right it wouldn't send anyway unless someone has a character with the incorrect spelling you used on the same server

 

Nothing there man, can i report this somewhere or can someone look into it please?
