If you have more than 20 uncompleted quests in quest journal, you can't accept more quests. Try deleting some other quests first and seeif that triggers the next part of the quest chain?
*EDIT*Also saw this in another thread: I had that issue too when I received too many quests in tibet and auto disconnect when I tried to take the daily.
