The only things being deleted are : mats to make decos/boxes/bags and event bags (1 month from Nov 26th (bags only))

why are they deleted, if the craft bag is deleted, the deco must also be deleted, previous events, all items in the event should also be removed. inner set, pola set bag and deco .... we also put a lot of effort to create them
If clearing the event bags, I think all the data collected from this event should be removed, the items falling from the golden castle, weapons using tear and the scale falling from the golden castle will be deleted even if the elves arrive. 18, deco and everything from this event, should delete this publisher as well.
