How can I post an exocore ?

Hi guys. I want to make an exo and I need ur help. I have no idea how can I do it pls help me out thx. Let me know what things I need and how can I create anime of skills.

 

Look for some gifs from other games (RF is almost full of copy paste ) and create "your own" sht .

 

I use Photoshop and/or GIMP when creating my suggestions with animations, unless the exact animation(s) I would like to use can just be recorded from another game using software like Bandicam or such.

When I use Photoshop / GIMP, I usually follow this tutorial by fetching a large amount of sprite sheets then cropping and pasting what I want to use for each frame, one by one.
