You need know atk of your weapon with 0 talics and how much atk yours buffs give
    Exemple: leon bow 55 3966 +0
if you got all 25% atk amulets/rings = 100% Adventurer class buff give 15% + 40% atk potion +10%atk of superior armor(5 parts) + 20% atk leon ability give = 185% atk bonus
3966 x 1,85(to calculate, take the total percentage, and changes 2 times to the left side and put the comma)
=7337 add weapon +0 damage = 11303 total damage of bow leon 55
if wanna know how much atk get with +3,+4,+5 talics you need do this.
    +5 talics keen = 80% atk bonus
    3966 x 0,80 = 3172
(the amount increases with the talics, you should only add to the damage already'd take with the weapon +0 and not multiply with their elemental, potions etc ...)
11303 total damage of weapon with no upgrade + 3172 thats 5 talic give = 14475 total damage
I see many players making mistakes in calculating when atk the player would have with certain weapons.
this tutorial was to help not make mistakes when they buy weapons, or even trade with other players.
if you know how much atk your buff give and damage of weapon +0, you can do this to know atk of all weapons.
if someone use this method and give a different result, please put it here because this method worked for every time that i calculated.
Sorry for bad english, i using a translator.

many players make mistakes because they assume that buffs and debuffs in this game are multiplicative. unfortunately, they are additive.
so to calculate the total damage, you need to ADD, not multiply. same goes for debuffs - GM Weakness reduces attack by 85%, which sounds like A LOT. however, if someone has over 200% attack increase due to equipment and buffs, after the debuff he will still have 125% attack increase.

no, elemental + buff + talic = multiply, the mistake is player got a spear 55 +5 for exemple, on description says (6624) he think need put 6624 X elemental + buffs, but talics its just like elemental, need put weapon damage +0 and multiply elemental + buff + talics

All true but I am sure you mean Enfeeblement, not Weakness.

Also, 200% - 85% is not 125%. That is what happens when you miss math classes to play RF xD

Well, Goryo did say if someone has over 200%, giving the exact answer is not going over. Goryo did not specify how much is the increase, but you can comprehend how much it was.

That is what happens when you miss English classes to play RF xD.

Just trolling... :D please like :p

Base damage is +0 weapon damage

Base damage of weapon x % of buff and % of elementals and % of atack potion and % of ++++++ your weapon = the damage you get at the end

What always bogged me is : in which order do the bonus apply (official or verified source appreciated), because so far we have :
    • Weapon base damage (no talic)
    • Talics on weapon
    • Buffs
    • Elementals
    • Buff potions (adrenalin / bust, ...)
Depending on the order, it makes a huge difference @_@

there is no order, the percentages add (not multiply) up. so e.g.
    your weapon's damage = 2.000
    5 talics = 80%
    Buff = e.g. Berserker = 40%
    Elems = 4x20% = 80%
    Buff potions = adrenaline 20%
    so total 220% extra
    so your damage is 2.000 + (2.000*220%)
    = 2.000 (base) + 4.400 (bonus) = 6.400 in total.

or base damage x 320% (which is 100% base and 220% bonus)

Thank you. Will definitely have to test that out, so I could make a script to calculate depending on weapon, buffs, upgrades, ... :p
But are PT taken into account ? I know for Force it is the case, but Force spells are considered the same as skills, and hence have more factors entering the equation (such as PT, spell level, tier level, resistance, @_@)
