how to get passes for the last dugeon in tibet

where can we get the passes for the last dugeon in Tibet they say the monks up by the dugeon but they not dropping

 

Drop rate for the passes is low.

 

If you can find someone to take you on a purple run, you'll get alot of purple passes inside dungon. Way better than trying to farm them in garden.

 

Can also get them from exchanging infinite dungeon points

 

If you are referring to purple potato dungeon passes. You can try killing both Wicked Yuan Shao and Arrogant Yuan Shao in the garden for slightly higher chances. Like others have said, the drop rates aren't great, but you will get more passes inside the dungeon. Good luck.
