Dear GM and everyone, I just mindlessly searched the internet and found my beloved 9Dragons brought back on by Redfox. Then I downloaded it and tried it, but not heeding the random numbering on PIN. So I failed it. And I even sent a ticket. After searching the posts, however, I found the ultimate solution: register an alternative mailbox and get going. It worked! Thanks Redfox for keeping the game alive. It's been sweet memories, at least to me.
You should be able to request for a pin reset by submitting a ticket to Support. https://help.playredfox.com/en/support/tickets
It doesnt work for twelve sky. no reset. If my character is not deleted or restored soon i might try to track down legal help and maybe file a lawsuit..
