send in a support ticket to ask? I'm also curious if you could update this thread when you find out. Did you sell a branch/SBE or other event items to a higher level? Is it possible that you traded away event items to someone who was buying up a lot of event items, so your account appeared to look like a multi account that was (maybe recently?) made to abuse the event gifting system?
