Hello Heroes, We have confirmed that there is an issue with the newly created account receiving a Network Error [#004]. We are currently investigating the cause of the issue and will update everyone once it has been fixed. This only affects the newly created accounts and all previous accounts should still be able to log in game. We did a quick server restart today Feb. 19, 2019 but it still have the network error issue for new users. Servers are now open, we are still looking for a solution for this issue at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience.
Update: We did another quick server reset today February 20, 2019, but the issue still persist. We will update the developers and request another patch update. The servers are now open and all previous created accounts should still be able to log in game. Thank you for being patient with the network error.
Update: We did another quick server reset today February 21, 2019 for an updated patch which did not resolved the issue. We are going to continue to investigate the issue with the developers and will update the game client once we get a new patch. Thank you.
Update: We did a server maintenance today February 22, 2019 and we have finally resolved the Network #004 issue. All players can now login game including the new registered accounts. We apologize for the inconvenience. We really appreciate your patience through out this updates.
