Dear RedFox Games Community, During the past weeks, many players have been experiencing increasingly severe connection/lag issues when accessing our games. This is happening because we are under constant and relentless DDOS attacks affecting games, such as RF Online, Rumble Fighter, Nine Dragons, Twelve Sky, Ares, and Karos. DDOS attacks work by overloading a website or online service by spamming it with requests, tying up all possible resources, so that genuine players are either slowed to a crawl or unable to connect. Due to the unexpected nature of these attacks, it is difficult to safeguard against them completely, but we are working to increase our infrastructure to reduce the impact of future incidents. Our teams will continue to ensure that future attacks are dealt with as quickly as possible to minimize the disruption to your gameplay experience. Providing a stable and enjoyable game environment for you all is of the utmost importance to us. In addition, we will be performing network maintenances to address this issue, and we will post additional information on our forums soon. I just started playing TS2 again because of the great time I had with the game in the past. But to see it experiencing problems sucks. I really hope bigger issues like this can be resolved and maybe the player base will increase. Thanks for addressing what was causing the issue.
Thanks for the response finally. This is the transparency the community needs. We understand you need to deal with these attacks. It would be nice to have known this sooner so our frustrated could be directed to the people attacking Redfox and not towards the staff.
DDOS so easy to blame someone else nothing to do with the crappy host you using also i reuse to buy rp now until we have drops i am all about that free farm life without usless premium service Also anyone who bought Premium service for drops should be refunded
you would think they would want to do something for their customers that keep recharging just to get dced and not be able to play the game for hours and hours cause they are to busy spending that said money we all spend here.
