Anyone knows how to reset pin from website?? I am locked out of game atm. And redfox hasnt been replying to my tickets for days regarding abt resetting my pin. I was redirected to a korea website to reset pin, but that doesnt help.. anyone done it b4 please post here and help me out
Bump on this, a friend of mine got locked out as well. He asked me to login on his account and submit a ticket a few days ago cause he doesn't speak english and after almost a week of no response the GMs/CMs just deleted the ticket.
