Me deciding to get Ice breaker or Volt hm. Eh I rather get Sanshou * Im jkin about this part*.
Volt is kinda weird and I dont have much to say about Volt. Since I havent see any player with volt that is alive more then 35 sec into the game . I do think the grab and counter is cool tho ty

I like the stance of it gives off that Hitman/Serphent feel. Its a bit trippy wish the Run G could of been unblockable kinda reminds me of HawkHunter. Scroll is legit a fusion of scrolls.

No offense but this scroll is hella ass imo. Almost all the moves are recycled. No effort in actual new moves. Ya just taking moves from different scrolls and putting it together like it something new.

Reason for wanting scroll? Like basically every other player on this game, collecting items to collect dust.

Volt is a very strange scroll
Tbh
It's obviously geared toward 1v1ers since it lacks in so many fence edgers
The recycling in the scroll turned me off since I can name every scroll but looks aside the scroll is very versatile the range on the punches and kicks seem to be very large with big hit boxes it's more off a buffed up lightning
It has plenty mechanics in it to keep the opponent on the floor so adding damage with that sexy ground hit will happen the kgs are meh I do love the counter as it's the best looking thing in that scroll atm imo your scroll really guy fucked over it did what it had to do but it ended up like Icebreaker just horrible shitty animations and tho some will overlook this most people will buy electro over volt since it's better and even has a reset just my opinion

Not my type of scroll. I don't like the last hit on punch combo and I feel weird using it, tried it on my friends account /
i'll get a diff item if I win. not sure atm

 

the surprising part is that even though most(if not all?) moves are recycled as people say the scroll is still pretty spot on and is ~80% true to the suggestion. the moves look pretty much how i made them. So i can understand if nimonix was like "yo we can make this without creating new stuff"

im not some 1v1 expert so i'll leave it to branz or tengu to talk about the hitboxes,recovery,etc but it seems volt's combos are decent.

its funny but sad at the same time as how ice breaker is not only a meme but a comparison when it comes to describing the quality of a new scroll's animations. like if a scroll looks bad we say it got icebreakered
and the same thing for akido but for the mechanics of the scroll. if the scroll is really buggy we (or i guess you really) say it got akido'ed
and if a scroll suggestion never gets implemented or a new update comes around, we call it bjj. becasue bjj is a trash scroll yet again
