Creators Words Getting inspiration from the early days of RF I decided to formulate a scroll that not only stems from RF's roots, but a scroll that can also keep up with the newer generations of scrolls. Hazard focuses on lethal blows with a steady pace to take apart your opponent. Description Masters of Hazard are willing to risk everything to win a fight. The question is, are you? Move List
Stance Guard Grab -Short knock back A palm strike to the opponents stomach Counter -A frame or two faster than average counter The user slaps away the opponent's attack If it connects... If landed, the user deals a fatal kick to the opponents chest. All together.. Axel Crush Input 1 User throws a straight right punch Input 2 User throws a left crushing punch Input 3 User throws a right roundhouse kick Input 4 User sends a left overhead kick All together.. -Can be blocked after 2nd input -Far knock back from the front Hazard's main punch combo. It's mid paced overall with decent angling ability. While the 4th input is negative on block all inputs have pretty good delay which can allow for stagger pressure.
Fatal Reversal Input 1 User throws a straight right punch Input 2 User throws a left crushing punch Input 3 User throws a right roundhouse kick Input 4 User throws a left uppercut Input 5 User does a reverse bicycle kick with their left leg All together.. -4th input knocks opponent into the air -4th input is a fence edger -4th input is NOT a juggle popper -5th input hits airborne opponent to the opposite side -5th input has a far knockback -5th input has far knock back on grounded opponents Fatal Reversal gives a current take on something that's inspired by old school RF. The combo's mid paced and has decent delay allowing stagger pressure. 5th input is really negative on block giving your opponent the chance to punish. Hazardous Reversal Input 1 User throws a right low kick Input 2 User throws a left uppercut Input 3 User does a reverse bicycle kick with their left leg All together.. -2nd input is a fence edger -2nd input sends opponent airborne -2nd input is NOT a juggle popper -3rd input sends airborne opponent to the opposite side -3rd input has a far knockback -3rd input has far knock back on grounded opponents A faster variant of Fatal Reversal. An ideal combo for maps like Moon, Dos, and Risky. This combo doesn't carry to much delay and the final input is pretty negative on block.
Linear Sweep Input 1 User throws a right low kick Input 2 User throws a left head kick followed up by an ax kick Input 3 User throws a left short blow to the stomach Input 4 User sweeps the opponent with their left leg making them airborne Input 5 User throws a devastating right punch to the opponent All together.. -2nd input is a two hit -if 2nd input lands the follow up lands as well -4th input has a short knock up -4th input is NOT fence able -4th input is NOT a juggle popper -5th input has a short knock back Linear Sweep is Hazard's longest combo dealing 6 hits altogether along with average pacing. Axel Rush 1st Input User throws a right low kick Input 2 All together.. User sends a left overhead kick -Average knock back A great edging tool. Best utilized on maps like Moon. Pace is above average great angle ability and average recovery.
Hazardous Follow Ups Input 1 User slaps away the opponents attack Input 2 User palms the grounded opponent with great force All together.. -KG cancels any incoming attacks -KG is timing specific -KG P is neutral on block -KG P is a ground hit Input 1 User slaps away the opponents attack Input 2 User back dashes escaping danger All together.. -KG K goes about the same distance as Inferno's >>Z -KG K does not phase -KG K has above average start up Hazardous Follow Ups is a great tool to utilize to not only gain control of the match but also to gives you a way to reset neutral when you're feeling overly pressured by your opponent. While KG is execution specific if time correctly you're able to negate your opponents incoming attack giving you a potential mix. Also, due to KG looking like your counter it'll leave your opponent on their toes.(Can be hard countered by grabs)
Pros -High Damage Output(leaving that to the devs) -Reintroduces rarely used mechanics -Nice Delay -Mind Games -Defensive Options -Stagger Pressure Neutral -Mid Paced -No Back Grab -Short Forward Grab Cons -No Juggle Poppers -Negative On Block For Most End Combo Inputs Creator: VisionEyes And there you have it. Hazard! What are you guy's take on it? How do you think it'll fare in today's current meta? Defiantly leave your thoughts and feedback as I would like to hear from you guys. No need to give one off answers either explain why! Let's spark a discussion!
I really enjoyed the animations, it's a real talent. I believe this scroll can be a great addition to the game looks really fun to use. I would like a full kick combo only because I love kick combos like Yellow Dragon and maybe even so attack animations like all the bfle scrolls or se scroll otherwise this scroll can surely be implemented into the game no doubt. I like how this scroll offers a well balanced mixture of combos used for both offensive and defensive game-play as well as it's long reaching ranged, stylish attacks. I support.
Thanks for your feedback. I really appreciate it! I personally feel that Hazard doesn't need a full kick combo to be able to compete with the scrolls out today. It can be just as good if not better in the right hands!
Thanks for the feedback! That's exactly what I was trying to capture when I went into developing Hazard. Glad you like the concept!
