    There will be a server reset happening Friday, October 12th, 2018 at 13:20 Pacific Time.

    Expected downtime: Less than 1 hour

    During this time, we will:
    • Chat Server investigation

    Guild and Lobby chats are back up, for now. Hopefully they stay up for good

    In game text is still small and pink. Disabling ClearType is a temporary fix on the pink text, but ruins text quality on Windows. Fix your game.

    Guild chat is now broken. Today I logged on at 11:00 am pacific.

    It was working yesterday, so it seems guild chat lasted maybe 30-40 hours before breaking?

    Both the Korean server and our server experiences the same Guild & Lobby Chat issue.

    Is there some kind of chat logging program that crashes after 30 hours?
    Maybe it gets reset after every update but then quickly fills up to max capacity.

    It shouldn't be hard for the developer to find out why the server is not displaying the text, right?

    Might be a server related issue (aka not being able to withstand chat traffic, therefore crashing). We've had these same issues (although not as bad) on our previous host, GC.

    When it was broken after the maintenance last week, it actually went back up upon relogging when it stopped working until it finally broke another approx. 12 hours later.
