Spike is S Tier Scroll right?

It seems to have the damage, tricks, speed, and it can reset to be an S Tier scroll.

Alot of tools, Very situational.
Only 3 combos,
Needs time to activate Enhancement..........
Main combo = Punch combo = blockable = lowers rating
Two Kick combos, Risky to engage with in 1v1, if it doesnt connect and is blocked becomes risky = less safe = lowers rating

 

it's no make sense if it were placed in A+/A rank. since its trash af.

 

So is this scroll banned or nah? don’t wanna buy a scroll just to never be able to use it

I’m tryna figure out what criteria of mediocre did these guys dub the scroll lol

Tbh most rares are actually mid-tier. They just feature Tricks or Feats that make the scroll either annoying to deal with, Or good at running around and abusing something.

Tempest Combos are average. Not bad not OP. But then again people spam its Cz, Omni and counter like no tomorrow.
Savate would be a A+ tier 1v1 scroll with no actual abussive feats.
Fearless can avoid stuff with its Cz and has a good counter... but is lackluster.
Telos could be in the shop, Its fast and nothing else.
BF LE's are buffed version of shop items. Obviously on terms with there counter-part or better.
Sumo could be in the game, Its like Muscle Buster or Krav maga in its own unique way. Could run and spam that Z but its nothing too crazy.
Inferno has alot of tools, But none of them are really perfect to use...
Same goes for Spike.

I could go on and on, But what really makes a scroll good is its ability to have priority over another like zinkarate or shootboxing kick combos put against others. The ability to either strike far and while staying back like hitman, Or to lunge into combos like Cyclone..... Tricks are tricks. Spam em in 1v1v1 situations as cheap, but thats as far as they tend to go
