Hmm, no problems logging in here. Downloaded the new patch after maintenance, started up the game, and login was fine. Which server are you on?
I am from Tao server, I tried random ID and password and get the same message "Login Failed, contact a GM if the problem persists" So ya, it doesn't say "password wrong or accounts don't exist" then again, I cant click the "GAME START" Tried re-installing many times already. the same problem happens in my laptop also My network is fine with youtube/surfing the net. I feel the server isn't responding back to me. Someone could assist me?
I just did a test login into Tao server. It seems fine. You might want to submit a ticket to support and ask for assistance there.
Try add again the exception of the path to your antivirus. Try again use the compatibility mode in Windows and run as administrator. If you have a virtual machine running on your PC uninstall. Try update all your drivers.
Finally, It worked <3 Solution was After changing the DNS from automatic to manual 1.1.1.1 Launcher got patched and could click the "Game Start" Thanks, BirdBrainX and Eroine. And to GM for the reply to my ticket <3
