Unable to buy RC: "Fail to buy"

Whenever I attempt to buy something with RC it gives me an a message that displays briefly saying Fail to buy. I have had my account for a few days now and I am lvl 10, is there anyone else having this problem? I currently have a support ticket to look into it, but I was curious if the community has any suggestions or fixes.

EDIT: I feel it's important to add that I have been playing through steam. Seems like some issues come from that alone.

Mine has resolved itself. It may require the account to be open for a certain period of time @MondoZappa Hope yours gets fixed soon.

 

What do you mean by the account have to be open for a period of time? Cause I have the same problem.

Hey yall. Steam seems to be the absolute problem. I suggest hitting up playredfox/com and purchasing your RC there. Regardless it will connect to your account without steam. If that doesnt work god bless you all and have a very special christmas

i sent them a ticket still havent gotten a reply, my brother asked for a refund and got his acc suspended
