Not really, Nimonix didn't follow the scroll through 100%. They toned down the original suggestion.
pppk: was meant to have a knockback similar to defaults ppk combo
kg+kk: the last input was suppose to be a grab hit
kg: a huge AoE with bad recovery (understandable)
The grab was suppose to be omni with lucha's knockback range
the >>g's were suppose to have your shadows in it (like shadow ninjutsu)
I forgot what else.

 

Most of what Sajin requested is there, from what I'm seeing.

It has 3 launchers like he wanted,
the final punch of his punch combo does have a huge knockup.
He has the KK(K+G) that could slide through bodies
The K(K+G)P portion of the combo is made like he asked for. The P portion of it can go through bodies, and can launch.
Even the >>G was implemented (that one surprised me the most)
the kG was made exactly as requested (the standing hit was perfect, and the huge recovery was there for balance, just like requested)

The overall appearance seems to be like requested as well (special effects were all granted besides the K(K+G).

I would say it's a huge success.

When I suggest scrolls I usually make it after A.a idea I had for a overview(grab scroll or another muay thai.) or B.base it on the character your using(My blue dreams scroll for example.)
