When was the last time RF got an balance update?

Kind of hard to test when the invincibility frames start with training bot. Also no. In games like Super Smash Bros., a lot of fast characters have moves that come out frame 5 and under.

 

My point is Berzerker is broken, if they really wanted to nerf it they would reduce the start up frames and invincibility.

 

Start up frames are fine, they're average for a fighting game.

 

V skill's invincibility ends around the first slash, an attack with a delayed hitbox like sage can trade with the v skill

B skill is after the upperslash and before the 2nd

You can punish b with a dash exo

 

It's funny to see what everyone lists as "op" or "broken" when the top5 A+ tier scrolls/exos havent changed since they released with BWN & AB each parked comfy at #1 yet nobody complains there.

 

Yet once again I have to point out that the things I listed were JUST examples.

Everything has a weakness. Even Sage gets outclassed by Taekkyon's stun levels. The only thing -truly- broken is Venom Chaos' skill that can infinite but I suppose you can run out of SP at some point.

This went from discussing vague and ambiguous definitions, to defining irrelevant meanings of "balance" to name calling.

The thread starter has misinformed frame data information and was proven through Tides and I experimenting with said examples. If you want to solidify your point, back it up with proof.
