Acidhedz is a reference to Sony's Acid Music Studio software, which was my first DAW. And since it's a common word, it cannot be trademarked or copyrighted.
Beyond that I never used it in a drug related manner, except as a joke. I only use it's proper meaning of a substance that has low PH.

If you were even half as smart as you think you are, you would have pointed out that Jesus (Hey-zeus) is a common name in South and Central American culture. So getting rid of someone's account for using it could be taken as discrimination against said cultures.

I came up with my name years ago. It belongs to me. It has never had anything to do with the drug, except as an occasional joke. He made an assumption. One that is very much in error. Trying to get me in trouble. I have no reason to treat this act with any degree of mercy.

 

Unfortunately whatever way you look at it, "Acidhedz" could easily be a 'drug related name' that contravenes the terms of service. We'll see what the ticket says.

 

It can only be taken in that way if you already know that slang term. And just because it can be taken that way, doesn't mean it is to be, or should be.
From what Dark said you got caught using the name of something that's trademarked, which has no defensible explanation.

Wicked is a common word, and cannot be trademarked.
A Drug is anything that you put in your body that isn't for nutrition. Tylenol is a Drug, so it isn't a direct reference to anything illegal.
Genocide, while not a particularly nice name, is no more specific than Spite.
Demigod is a category of deity, not a specific name.
Bandido is a general term for a mexican bandit, particularly ones in movies.

 

The reason for doing this is not to act smart but because someone we know was forced to change their name for the same reasons as above so why shouldn't this happen to everyone?
