We appreciate the information it would seem the event is still active. Are you able to receive Day 2 rewards being logged in before the time changed for a new "Day" rewards?
I am not able to be online at 3 am or before to be able to receive the notification, therefor I will not be able to receive any of the rewards being distributed daily.
Got my DAY 2 reward but do I really have to be up at 3:00 am in the morning every time to get it? This is insane, guess I will miss out on the rest of this event it's not worth ruining my sleep for.
The problem of this issue is because the Login Event will only appear on-screen when TS2 is running and you have to be logged-in at the time on your character before it shows up 1 minute early. The Login-Event popped up exactly my time 10PM GMT-10 US Pacific when I was logged in but, those who never was logged-in or online by the time before it popped-up will no longer receive it for the day/night.
So this event is working just fine only thing is you gotta stay logged in overnight well for me I have to. 3am it will pop up since I'm in EST timezone I missed out on the first login reward which is fine I don't mind
I already said that in the post. You HAVE TO BE LOGGED IN BEFORE and HAVE IT RUNNING by the time it pops-up and not AFTER. For example: I'm logged in within that 12th hour/Beginning of the day at 11:59PM "LOGIN EVENT" will pop-up in 1 minute. (It's Midnight) Click Ok! Reward Claim. FAILURE LOGIN: Your game isn't running --- neither are you logged-in game after 12:01AM. By being 1 Minute late to login you already failed to see it appear on the screen. You have to do it BEFORE, not AFTER.
The event need to RESTART so that everyone who would like to start over can have a chance to enjoy this event as well as the one that already enjoying it. Hopefully the fix will be out soon, so we can restart by next week!
Update 2/13/19: We finally have a fix for the Daily Log in Event applied today during the Server Maintenance. Players can now login starting tomorrow; February 14, 2019. We also updated the Daily Login Schedule for all players to be able to claim all their rewards for 15 consecutive days all the way to February 28, 2019. We also giving a Premium Service (1Day) as compensation to players for the Daily Login Event issues. Make sure you claim your Premium Service(1Day) via "Receive Gift" on the Login Screen. Once retrieved the items will be sent directly to your Warehouse. Make sure you have room on your Warehouse to receive the gift. Any account created or logged in from Jan 1st, 2019 to February 13, 2019 Before Maintenance will receive the Premium Service (1 Day). Thank you for all your patience during this Daily Login Issue.
