This isn't a scam, this is an official publisher. You can email JoongWonGames or you could just check the thread that the Team Manger at JWG created.
+1 the above comments.Games like gc rf online transferred accounts to here since gc close down.Also a new server for twelve sky 2 and 9d since both of these games have different content to the last publisher hence u cant transfer account^^.Based on this factual information I would be pretty sure this publisher is real.
