Another thought about boxes

I was thinking about boxes, after watching numerous box videos, I think boxes can be done right.

Instead of those terrible accessory drops, premium items (like the timed buddha head) would do better (or it would be best to remove filler drops completely) and have better chances to get rare clothes. One reason why I would go for the boxes was because of the clothing drops too.

The bottom line is, create a win-win situation for the boxes, if at all possible, and then u have a great box update

Good idea but they probably won't do it because it won't generate as much of a profit (since it'll take less boxes to get something good).

 

The point of them is to gamble. If you always get something good its not much of a gamble you gotta lose some to gain

 

Except...they are doing boxes right.
Gambles aren't supposed to be win-win, gambles are supposed to be gambles.
If you get **** and continue to spend, it's not crazy to think that if you get what you want you'll stop spending.
They don't see any profitable reason to increase rates.
Not gonna lie tho, would be nice to see a little change. 800$ plus for nothing has to hurt. Then again I really don't feel much sympathy cuz we weren't entitled to anything, and yall know dat.

True. But I'm sure everyone is looking for a single item out of all the rest of the stuff. So considering that, people would still feel salt, but it's the salt that is more tolerable

 

so like now that people have pretty much spent their money on boxes and the amount of people buying it decreased... does this mean the random number generator will be in my favor? someone explain with proof!

 

I think the loss is when u get something you don't want. People will often only seek 1 item out of the entire box contents. So if they get something other than a rare scroll/exo, they can definitely live with the chance of getting something that can be used, or possibly worn.

bottom line: you will still likely lose, but you will be more optimistic given the drops

 

It's a very logical theory, but I'm sure a lot of people at this point stopped buying the current boxes. The lack of box threads is giving me that sign

 

Would never buy boxes its a waste, rather buy the actual item for 10000RC.

I would expect it to happen only once or rarely. I don't think they would sustain this idea since it obviously would take away business from their other boxes.

RF's box system is very much similiar to the modern mobile games, and it's a system that's sure to generate profit, the players don't matter in the system at all, they are just there to spend money, so while your idea is good, it's going to remain an idea forever
