    Well honestly this is based on a really old concept that in 90's you couldn't always look up all the unlock-able things on the internet and then someone would come along give you info they found out from someone else or themselves but there were also alot of fake ones,this is basically that.

    Some things were absolutely ridiculous like beating the final boss on the hardest mode 10 times without losing a life promising to unlock the final boss as a playable character. Ah it was the worst.

    I just hate how these days unlocking things doesn't even feel good. You either unlock everything within 1-2 hours or you unlocking everything by just playing through the story instead of actually doing something specific to unlock it.
