Can't login!

    Hello.
    I have a problem with my main character. I left it in Hefei and now I can't login with this character.
    I've created a new one and I login with no problem, but not with the other one.
    Can someone fix this problem, please? The character's name is RibSpreader.

    I had a stand yesterday with my other toon Cinnamon, today I cannot log on her, keeps logging me completely out to login screen. Very annoying. Would you mind terribly moving her from hefei please?
