So I'm trying to do all of the quests in Bamboo Village cause I heard you can get a really nice weapon from it, but I can't do this one quest for Collectibles (with Shao Xianyou Bamboo Clinic NPC) because it shows up with no text nor options and I can't get past that screen. I have relogged countless times and that doesn't solve the problem. I've also tried clearing 5 slots in my bag with no success still. Please help. Here is what the screen looks like
Not sure which part you are stuck on, there are two parts there. You have to make the collectible on one part. You will have received 3 things from the guy, you have to open collections and put them in the slots for the collectible. Then go into his interface and hit the collectible button, and turn it in. The is also a resource one which works somewhat similar from the same guy.
Quit the quest and start over making sure you have adequate space then follow DadSav's instructions. That worked for me.
