    Good day, all!

    Some noted problems we are currently working on:

    1. Missing transfer items.
    Update: We will not be servicing missing transfer items. We have contacted Nimonix regarding this issue and they have stated there should be no discrepancy between your accounts. Your data from March 22, 2015 4:00 AM PDT should have transferred completely. If you truly believe something is missing, please let us know and we will further look into it. However, once again, if we find that you are lying, your account will be permanently banned.
    Note: If you send in a ticket regarding missing items, and we find that you are lying, your account will be permanently banned.
    2. Welcome boxes not opening.
    Update: Nimonix has confirmed they are working on this!
    Update: Welcome boxes have been fixed! You will need to log out and patch to see the changes take effect.
    3. Resell passwords for new accounts.
    Update: Nimonix has confirmed they are working on this, and the issue should be resolved shortly!
    Update: You should now be able to set a resell password. You can change your resell password by going to Options > 2nd password change.
    4. Guild chat issue.
    Update: Guild chatting should work again now! Please re-log to test and let us know if there are any further problems regarding this issue. (We're still working on the other ones.) Thank you for your patience!
    5. Guild Emblem issue.
    6. Guild email issue. [Critical]


    We will attempt to resolve these issues immediately. If you are missing transfer items, please send a ticket in, but since the welcome boxes issue is a general one, you do not need to write a new thread or ticket regarding this issue. Thanks for all your patience, hope you're enjoying Rumble Fighter! :)

    You should also fix the guild email glitch before people get hacked. :p

    Hey could you add this to the list? Some guild have no emblem or their old emblem.

    RUMBLE FIGHTER STAFF please help, my question ins't in the FAQ
    Is anyone else having this issue??
    When I launch RF, it gets to the FILE INDEX screen and then a small window pops up; "The error occurred during file index reading." the only option available after this is clicking okay..
    I've uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times and I made sure the file sizes matched the file size in the installation guide.
    Please help .. please. (Anybody)

    I have Error 230 on GameGuard... :( Any ideas what to do?

    There's also some text issues in the loading screen. One I noticed was the "If you resell carat items, 2858054f will be given back." Something like that.

    It's not that bad. And servers are better then ever. It's just a box glitch and resell pw

    can i get some help... taking forever to respond to my ticket..... i keep getting " the error occured during the file index read" when i try to start RF up...

    I just turned off my Windows Defender still having this issue. Windows defender was the only antivirus program I had running but I never had this problem before the transfer? Any ideas??

    Check to see if Windows is up to date. Try running the game as admin. Instead of disabling your antivirus, try adding RuF to its whitefish. Also try reinstalling the client. Are you getting the error while the client updates, or after gameguard?

    It's always after the gameguard, I added it to the "whitefish" which I'm guessing excludes the RF file from the scanning/protection. The windows I have now is Windows 7.

    So something on your system is preventing it. Try completely disabling your antivirus. Right click and run rf as admin. If that doesn't work, try running it in compatibility mode.
