Good day, all! Some noted problems we are currently working on: 1. Missing transfer items. Update: We will not be servicing missing transfer items. We have contacted Nimonix regarding this issue and they have stated there should be no discrepancy between your accounts. Your data from March 22, 2015 4:00 AM PDT should have transferred completely. If you truly believe something is missing, please let us know and we will further look into it. However, once again, if we find that you are lying, your account will be permanently banned. Note: If you send in a ticket regarding missing items, and we find that you are lying, your account will be permanently banned.2. Welcome boxes not opening. Update: Nimonix has confirmed they are working on this! Update: Welcome boxes have been fixed! You will need to log out and patch to see the changes take effect. 3. Resell passwords for new accounts. Update: Nimonix has confirmed they are working on this, and the issue should be resolved shortly! Update: You should now be able to set a resell password. You can change your resell password by going to Options > 2nd password change.4. Guild chat issue. Update: Guild chatting should work again now! Please re-log to test and let us know if there are any further problems regarding this issue. (We're still working on the other ones.) Thank you for your patience!5. Guild Emblem issue. 6.
