They are without a doubt, the top of the top. However very few of them could be swapped out with the contenders. These ones are based on multiple factors that could outweight another. Anyways, All of these = Amazing ***ZinTaekwondo is a pretty balanced scroll, asides from the fact that it can infinite juggle and win a 1v1 situation based on the users skill to perform resets. If you take this away from it, Its a pretty well rounded scroll, But it doesn't have high stun, "amazing" recovery or a huge hitbox. To be honnest, Its somewhere along the lines of easy to use and simple. Hitbox is lackluster, but its very quick with delay potential. I don't see it as a threat or a counter to any other top ones listed IF you do not take note of the ZinTKD reset. Outside of 1v1, Its meh.
ZinTKD if you miss, its still a 9 hit juggle, with full combos. It does damage even if failed. Electro is a 2hit launcher or single hit launcher, with a P P PP. Does no damage. Takes way more resets to kill someone. Also very situational. Can only done in specific placements, difficulty is harder. Not worth.
