Dear Redfox, regarding servers

As you can see everyone aint satisfed with servers...
So could you guys please do something about it?
GM Gourdy please....OR DO YOU GUYS PREFER GETTING DDOS ATTACKED ALL THE DAM TIME!!!!! THIS IS A PAIN IN THE A**...
I am not expecting drastic changes, but if you guys want to keep the server up , you gotta realize you must work and afford at least a decent server for all of us.

 

Hello this is customer support, We've heard your proposal, but we just don't care. If you'd like to further this please resubmit another support ticket as we just closed this one. This community can never be satisfied. You complain but still long on each and everyday. Not just you. EVERYONE.

 

So it looks like there'll be weekly server maintenances. I don't think we had that on GC or OGP correct?

OGPlanet's User Appreciation Month, which was every May, there would be updates every week.

This game is starting to go in the right path. Tbqh untill rumble fighter released i hadn't heard of a game that didn't have weekly maintenance. As it didn't make sense, Weekly maintenance fixs server stability. That's the reason for them. This also fixs bugs an glitchs that may occur without the maintenance. The #1 reason any game has weekly maintenance is 101% Because without them server stability is effected. No server is a bad server, a server is only bad when it's not kept up. OGP An GC didn't keep up there servers. Aka maintenances an cleaning the server. Wiping it of excess data.

They should also add a "inactive wipe" Meaning if you're gone for 2-3 years, you'll recieve an email saying "If you don't login in the next 3-4 months your account well be in time frame to be wiped." An they'd have a right to do this. You pay to get your moneys worth, Your moneys worth is based on salary meaning. If you paid 1000 dollars on this game, That's considered mininum wage 4 paychecks. At a mininum of 20 hours reached. Or atleast that's how i'd like to add it. Imo if they added a inactive wipe this'll also cause server stability to be better.
