If you use it you will get the following box on the screen: Once you open the box you will get a random deco from any clan with the nice effect, here I got the Wu-Tang one : (Even if you are not Wu-Tang you can use it) Clothes System You can also keep combining deco and create even better one. The other step is for Magical Deco which require 2 Lucid Box and some Golden Powder with New Moon Stone. All the list are available on the NPC then you can make you choice of deco aspect and keep try to upgrade the deco to the biggest level.
