    When I try to transfer my account, this message shows up. I already sent a ticket about it but got no answer, is this a common issue?

    No, this hasn't happened to me. If your username and password was correct it should of worked fine. Do you have any problems with your GC account? If not, than just wait for the tickets reply.

    I had this, I thought I had to use Forum log in to get it registered on the end but actually use OGP launcher log in will work.
