After I click game start I get the following error message. I submitted a ticket and got a beat around the bush response. Unable to open package file PlayRedFox 9DragonsAwaken Data Sound SoundSR.XP How do i fix this error
Check if the package (file SoundSR.XP) is where it should be. On my computer it's at: X:\PlayRedFox\9DragonsAwaken\Data\Sound If it's there, either the game can't access it because of insufficient user's rights (so you should run it as administrator), or the file has been damaged (possibly by security software, but could be just faulty game client download, or (hopefully not) by malware).
