[EVENT] Level Up Boost Event

This event has been pretty much useless if you can't even gain a single drop of EXP due to the black screen. I already tried relogging after a game using an alternate account and it's still sitting at LV 1 even after I relog.

Boss Mode does even more wonders when it gives you a scoreboard with 0 EXP and then glitches you to LV 99 with over a billion carats after the game, fixed upon relog. The glitch doesn't make it possible for you to purchase items that weren't purchasable to begin with (ex. rebirth if under LV 25) but it fakes the Merit system to finish the quest where you have to be LV 30/50.

Game has been black screening after scoreboard for nearly four weeks now (happened shortly after that "network maintenance" finished on July 10th) and it took until last Thursday (August 2nd) to announce that the issue was known. It's now August 7th and the issue has yet to be resolved.

The LV 99 glitch is caused by this event itself. If your counter isn't 120/120, it will glitch you.
