They won't, this publisher is petrified of doing anything that might hinder their profits. I'd almost say just wipe the server. Refund people's CC and start again once the bugs have been fixed. This isn't near a release state.
Yes you can make many accounts in many games, but most games ban if multiple accounts are used for exploiting rewards, quest rewards etc(like SEND the rewards from all accounts to a main or sell them to players for cash and send the cash to the main) unless the game is named...ahem...lineage II...ahem. Hell, even multi accounting to get buffs is considered an exploit in many games.
