Game crashing (Update on 7/5/2016)

    Every time I try to load up any game, (tutorial, training, PVE (both bos stage and AI Battle, etc) the game crashes within a 30 second time, it has happened to me now for the 7th time and I've even shut down and restarted my computer. Help me out here guys I really want that parkour scroll and its slipping through my fingers! Thanks for reading this, please HELP!!!

    I Have now uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the same thing is still happening, please tell me what is going on or how I can fix this. thank you
