yup same here, in my paypal claim I just wrote "game closed" like 2 times, and paypal probably already knows they're effing up lol

I had like 30 transactions total going back 180 days, and im disputing a few more that are even older lmfao

 

I used all my 20k cc for shadow already. That's why I stopped spent after Shadow,lol.

Yes, but go and do it quickly, because if Gamescampus starts responding to their DQA's or their Billing team responds, you're screwed.

 

Lol the first chargeback came before the transfer was even announced. Yet to be banned. Now that we're free from GC, I say go wild. Worse thing that'll happen is they won't give you your refund cc. Who cares though, what other game is there to play besides Shot Online.

No not really. It all depends on what you're telling your bank about the situation. If you're telling them it's fraud, then you can bet your **** that they'll validate the charges. All I did was explain to them that the service for the game was being shut down and I wanted my money back. They asked if I've contacted the merchant, and I told them yes but they haven't responded in nearly 3 weeks.

Charging back is PayPal, you don't call your bank to charge back, you call your card company. On PayPal all I said was "Game closed" and then escalated my dispute to a claim right away, this gave them 10 days to respond, if they did not, PayPal votes in your favor and refunds the $. On my credit transactions all I did was tell my company they were not responding to my support tickets, and haven't been for 3-4 months, they also ended service without allowing me to get the full use of my timed in-game items, which were supposed to be 90 days but I only got to use them for 47 days. This was enough to get my money back.

That's all PayPal said to me after they didn't receive any word from Gamescampus's billing team within 10 days, not business days, just 10 days. I got this email 12 hours into the 11th day, and I got the money at that time too. All the money I spent, since it was through PayPal, because you can't add your bank account to Gamescampus, was returned to my PayPal account, and then I was able to withdraw it within 1 day, not the usual 3-5 day limit.

All you have to say in your claim section is "game closed, unable to use paid for items, advance notice wasn't provided" and then it's on the company, Gamescampus, to reply to the claim, but since Gamescampus is owned by Webzen, and Gamescampus is basically closed, and not responding to DQA's, they will not respond within the 10 day window, and you will get your money back on the 11th day. I also did not get banned, and I got the credits I paid for, and I did this on like 3 different GC accounts, and none of them have been banned, and I got my CC back on every one.
