The God of Rain Skill recast, 12% is not showing up on skill tooltip. The 1% from event epi does, but not from rain, has any1 tested this on maybe long recast skills? edit: since the smart ass Stereo is here, i clarify the problem sometimes the ui tooltip for nukes dont show the god of rain casting time bonus dont know how to reproduce the issue, so i think we can call it a day here mods pls delete or close this tread
It is a translation error. Anything that says "skill recast" is meant to say "skill casting time". Its more apparent on nukers and hybrids, you can see their skill casting time reduced by the correct amount. I've tested and works.
