Pretty sure it's possible, but nobody's done it since it really isn't worth it.

A private server for such a small community in the actual server is pointless.

Problem #1 with there being a private server: The population would be 20, max.

Problem #2 with there being a private server: RF isn't the kind of game in which changing carat and exp rates make it any more fun.

 

there was a group of people attempting it back in 2009 but couldnt get the server running for more than 5 people without crashing

 

I can definitely see a rumble fighter private server happening, but it's definitely hard work.

Would make more sense to have a private server when rumble fighter shuts down again, and not transfer to another company anymore.

Tbqh there's been alot of private servers. They never really "make it" though. But there's some that have gotten quite alot of people on there servers, that being said most private servers alot means around 20-30. It wouldn't be uncommon for a private server to do better then a main server. This being the fact that alot of main servers tarnish there reputation with the community in which they start making private servers as to balance it out.
For example runescape it started due to abuse back in the day. An ended up just being a thing, now theres runescape classic private servers that are legal.
