Assuming that his inquiry is about his suggestion(s), I don't necessarily believe it's important enough to request a GM to personally speak to him.

If he's already sent in a support ticket and if additional information is needed, they will either :

1) Have a GM forum PM that user
2) Request the information in the ticket

oh i forget to ask you. You know when or which the patch note that nimonix recolored da blood lord exocore? I remembered it was green on the V skills and B skills. Now its red. What happened? I asked ticket support they had no idea what the f**k i talk about.

 

Probably cause its a vampire exo named Blood Lord.

The update where we had the 2000+ files re-patching was where old UI was mixed with the new.

When it was released on OGPlanet, it was originally Red. Then I believe some copyright issues with League of Legends caused NimoniX to change it to Green for a couple years. During our file encryption patch (the times we had to patch over 2,000 files) was when they reverted it back to its original color.
