I Need Help Rumble Fighter Keeps Saying Server Is Closed

Every time I load up rumble fighter its the same message and it says server is closed i start the game see the first loading screen but i never get past the picture in the middle of the screen and after that i get the message can someone help me.

 

i've uninstalled the game and i've also re-installed the game but it continues to say server error any help would be nice
